There are many different duties that a chat manager must take on when they accept the job with a particular online bingo site, just some of these duties are;
*They must scan the chat rooms to make sure that all of the players are obideing by the chat room rules, being proper in the way that they are chatting and paying all of the other players in the chat room the respect that they deserve.
*They must schedule the chat games that can be played by any of the players at their site to enjoy for at least the say ahead, this makes it alot easier for the chat moderators and hosts to know what games they have to play with the players during their shift in the chat rooms.
*They must also be there to answer any enquiries that either the players at the online bingo site will have or instruct the chat hosts on what to do when they are faced with an enquiry, players find it alot better to speak to the chat hosts for a response rather than emailing the particular sites customer services department and waiting to receive an email back to get the answer to their question.
All of the online bingo sites will have a chat manager who will instruct the chat hosts on their duties for the day ahead of them also about the games they will play and be there for them and players at the site should they need anything.
